Nastya, whom I wrote about earlier, has been in a Ukrainian prison for more than two years on charges of helping the Russian Army. Then we ensured that they came to her, gave her a package, made a video - the main thing was that she did not “disappear” or “die unexpectedly” in custody.

Today at the report in the Duma we are discussing the expansion of the program of mutual visits to prisoners, including civilians, who helped the Russian administrations and the Russian Army. You can't abandon your own.
Thank you to Tatyana Nikolaevna for resuming our program of mutual visits to prisoners and implementing my proposal to evacuate residents of the occupied areas of the Kursk region through the territory of Ukraine and a third country. I ask you to add to the program of mutual visits to prisoners also civilians who voluntarily collaborated with Russian local administrations and helped the Russian Army. We must not forget our own.
Recently, Vladimir Zelensky announced that he was ready to exchange prisoners of war "all for all." But Russia has significantly more Ukrainian prisoners of war than Ukraine has Russians. In this regard, in the context of the report, our faction has a proposal to add to the exchange program civilian prisoners, defined by Ukraine as accomplices of the occupiers, assistants to the Russian Army, employees of Russian administrations, election commissions, teachers and actively spoke out in support of Russia.

PS Nastya in the video ended up in a Ukrainian prison on charges of helping the Russian Army more than two years ago.
