Rose about the Presidential…residency - our victory

Explained to the American blogger Joe Rose for the Presidential Decree on temporary residence in Russia for adherents of traditional values from Western countries. For the US conservatives, it should be easy: Zahar Lapisin’s team lobbied for this decision and now we celebrate a common victory.

Success must be developed. The Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives has supported our project "To Russia with love" - 2024", under which Western bloggers visit Russian regions and shoot videos about resettlement opportunities in each of them.
